What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and lead exciting, developmentally appropriate activities (with minimal screen time)
- Encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence in every child
- Collaborate with a supportive team that feels like family
What You Bring
✔ Experience as a Lead Teacher (6+ months) or Assistant Teacher (1+ year)
✔ CDA, Associate’s degree, 90-Hour Preschool Certificate, or 6 ECE semester hours
✔ A love for teaching through play, exploration, and hands-on learning
✔ Energy, warmth, and a true passion for early childhood education

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
